1. Can I use my current podcast app?
You can use any of these supported podcast apps:
Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Overcast, Pocket Casts, Podcast Addict, Castbox, BeyondPod, Downcast, PlayerFM, Breaker, and RadioPublic.
You can also listen online and access your custom private RSS feed from your Supporting Cast account.
2. What types of payment do you accept?
You can pay with any major credit card, as well as Apple Pay on iOS and Google Pay on Android.
3. Should I sign up directly in Apple Podcasts or Spotify?
This same premium podcast experience is offered directly from Apple Podcasts and Spotify, but there are a few small differences.
Apple Podcasts:
If you sign up through Apple Podcasts, all premium podcast subscriptions and payments are handled directly by Apple in your Apple account. Additionally, Apple Podcasts subscribers have access to slightly higher quality audio (320 kbps MP3 or AAC).
Spotify:
If you sign up through Spotify, you will receive the same user experience as if you signed up on this page above. Additionally, Spotify will send an emailed receipt each month with a unique cancellation link.
4. How can I change my details or cancel my account?
You can change your contact or payment details via your Supporting Cast account page. Please make sure your payment and contact details are accurate and up to date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking “Disable Auto-renew” under the “Change Plan” menu on your account page, which will take effect at the end of your then current term. No refunds or credits will be granted for partial months or years.
